😴 Ever wake up feeling stiff or sore even after a full night’s sleep? Sometimes it’s not how long you sleep—it’s the position you’re in.

Back sleepers usually feel best with a pillow under their knees for support. Side sleepers can try a pillow between the knees to keep the hips and spine happy. And if you’re a stomach sleeper… your neck and back might not thank you in the morning.

A few small tweaks can make a big difference in how your body feels when you wake up. Sweet dreams and better mornings start with good sleep posture. 💙

👉 What’s your go-to sleep position?

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review:
"I came in with severe pelvic/abdominal pain that I’ve had for over 13 years. After no success with medical intervention, I tried physical therapy. Beth Patterson and her staff have the training necessary to help others like me with pelvic/abdominal pain. After successful treatments my pain is more tolerable and I can function daily enjoying more of what I love to do. I would highly recommend this facility for any of your therapy needs." - CH

⚡ Understanding Sciatic Pain

Sciatic pain is more than just “back pain.” It happens when the sciatic nerve—the longest nerve in your body—gets irritated or compressed. This can cause:

🔹 Pain in the low back, hip, or buttock
🔹 Tingling, numbness, or weakness down the leg
🔹 Discomfort that worsens with sitting or certain movements

What can help?
✅ Gentle stretching and mobility exercises
✅ Posture and ergonomic adjustments
✅ Activity pacing (not overdoing it, but not total rest either)
✅ Physical therapy strategies for pain management and daily function

👉 If sciatic pain is interfering with your life, PT can help you get moving safely again.
