This journey has created a strong foundation in resident care, operational leadership, and team collaboration, allowing for a deep understanding of what it takes to support both residents and staff in a meaningful way.
Guided by the mission to enhance the human spirit, Summers leads with a commitment to serving with heart, purpose, and courage. Throughout each role, Summers has consistently prioritized resident-centered care, open communication, and accountability, while fostering a positive and engaging community culture.
Known for a collaborative and steady leadership style, Summers values empowering team members, building trust with families, and creating an environment where people feel supported and valued. With a strong belief in having fun while serving, Summers understands that joy, connection, and compassion are essential to both quality care and team success.
With a comprehensive understanding of assisted living operations and a passion for service, Summers is well prepared to step into the Executive Director role and lead the community with integrity, enthusiasm, and a focus on long-term success.

On today’s episode at Charter Senior Living of Jackson, we travelled “Around the World” to Italy! We did some trivia, looked at pictures where Mrs. Gayle named every single city there! Afterwards, we enjoyed bruschetta and cannolis!
