Yin/Restorative Yoga and Massage
Wednesday April 22nd at 5:30p
Slow down, get cozy, and melt into relaxation.
Postures are gentle, either seated or lying down, with plenty of modifications so you can decide just how active or restful your practice feels.
Kristina, our amazing massage therapist, will be offering her healing touch throughout the session to help you relax even more.
We’ll have a tip jar out for Kristina, so please bring cash if you’d like to send some good karma her way.
To make the most of your experience, we recommend bringing:
Blankets and pillows (the more, the cozier)
Yoga blocks or bolsters, if you have them
Essential oils, optional but lovely
A small towel for your eyes
Layers or an extra blanket to stay warm
The goal is simple: total comfort, total relaxation, and a full reset.
