Ready to show off your livestock skills and knowledge?

Join us for the 2026 Hertford-Northampton Livestock Show & Sale! This is a great way for youth (ages 5-18 as of 1/1/2026) to learn responsibility, gain hands-on experience, and have some fun.

Registration: $25 (Due Feb 2, 2026)
Registration: $35 (Accepted until March 2, 2026)

Wow! 🎉 2026 is here, and we can’t wait to see what this year has in store for Northampton County 4-H!

Our enrollment window is NOW OPEN for both new and returning members, so head on over to 👉 v2.4honline.com to get signed up and ready for all the fun ahead!

📌 Reminder: Enrollment in our online system is required to participate in 4-H events or to volunteer.

As 2025 comes to a close, we want to wish everyone a truly MOOvelous holiday season! We are so grateful for each and every family, volunteer, member, and supporter who helped make this year such a joyful and successful one. Your time, dedication, and enthusiasm mean more to us than words can say. Northampton County 4-H is thankful for you and can’t wait to see all the wonderful things 2026 will bring! 💚

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT! We are excited to see you at 5:30 pm at the Northampton County Cooperative Extension office, 9495 NC HWY 305 Jackson, NC 27845.

A joyful reminder with a few sneak peeks...

Our Teen Council is so excited to host ThankFest at the end of this week! 🎉
Come join us this Friday (11/21) from 5:30–7:00 PM.

We’ll kick off the evening with some of our youth sharing their 4-H experiences, followed by several fun and educational stations.

Here’s a sneak peek at what to look forward to (stations):

🍁 Falling into Thankfulness – Create leaves of gratitude for the people who mean the most to you.
🎨 Dots of Joy – A creative craft activity where each youth will get to express their own view of fall.
🎡 Wheel of Information- Ask any questions you have about 4-H, and give our wheel a spin! Every participant receives a small token of appreciation for attending.
🥣 Trail Mix Design – Learn about our food and consumer science program while making a tasty treat.
🌾 Ag by Exploration – Discover more about agriculture through hands-on exploration.
🐮 Livestock: From Bahhh to Moo – Get to know about our livestock program and the many animals youth can engage with.

We hope to see you there for an evening of learning, creativity, and fun! 💚

This event is open to all youth ages 5–18 and their families—and you do not need to be currently enrolled in 4-H to attend. Please note: parents/guardians will need to stay with their youth during the event.
