Ready to level up your public speaking skills?
Northampton County 4-H is gearing up for District Activity Day, and we want YOU to join the team!

Whether you’re experienced at presentations or just getting started, we have a series of sessions designed to help you succeed before the big event on June 26, 2026.

Mark Your Calendars:

Interest & Information Session on April 13 at 6:00 pm
Learn what presentations are and the steps to get to District Activity Day.

First Work Session on April 20 at 6:00 pm
Bring your chosen topic, and let’s start building your presentation!

Additional Work Sessions on April 27 & 28 and on May 4 & 5
These will be flex-scheduled after our initial interest meeting and work session.

County Activity Day is to be announced, but there are two possible dates. This will be finalized soon. The start time will be 5:30 pm on either May 11 or 18. It is a time to present to local judges and get valuable feedback before the district competition.

All sessions held at the Northampton Cooperative Extension Office at 9495 NC Highway 305, Jackson, NC 27845.

WHO: Youth Ages 8-13 (based on the youth’s age the day we leave for camp)
