Whether you have long walked a spiritual path, or are just beginning, Amy will help you notice and co-operate with the rhythms and promptings of God (Spirit/Source/the Divine) within your own heart. Her focus is on spiritual counseling for those whose beliefs and spiritual experiences are changing - or are just emerging - particularly those who find themselves questioning their inherited belief systems. Amy also teaches spiritual practices to individuals and groups. Amy is a certified addiction recovery and psychedelic integration coach, helping clients prepare for, and integrate, experiences of expanded consciousness. Helping non-profit and business teams discover, or reignite, the spiritual component in their mission is another aspect of Amy’s work as Spiritual Director. This also includes the integration of altered states and psychedelic experiences. Amy is a Certified Spiritual Director and member of Spiritual Directors International.
