We are almost through the Winter!!! February can be a tough month: we are tired of the cold, the limits of being indoors, the scant sunlight. The brain needs sunnier days. Scientifically , it really does! If you are feeling sluggish, sad, tired , low energy , you’re not alone. Seasonal Affect Disorder is prevelant during winter months. Try reframing this time of the year as a reflective time, a preparatory time. Rest, and get ready…..( I recommend the book below to help)
Bundle up and get outdoors even if just for short periods of time, sit by a window, try gentle exercise and meditative movement such as Yoga.
