I tell my clients this…don’t wait!

Data from the Annual Review of Musculoskeletal Health highlights that early intervention with a holistic treatment strategy can prevent frozen shoulder conditions from progressing in 90% of cases. In other words, don't wait. It will just get worse and take longer to resolve.

Walk’n my talk. I tell my clients they really need to stretch. That it would really help in making massage more effective. Well I took my own advice. I went to yoga class, and do I feel great! That was really needed. 😏
