NFusion Metro We're game changers in the field of therapy, focusing on "stigma-free" youth environments. At NFusion Metro we take a non-traditional approach to therapy.

We are a MS SOC (system of care) that promotes empowerment, inclusion, & social awareness in a "peer friendly" environment. We blend new approaches to TFCBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), wraparound planning, peer support, & social activities to further foster growth and empowerment in our program participants. It is our mission to make the pressures of teen & young adulthood manageable by breeding self-acceptance and fostering harmonious relationships.

Healing is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like writing, reflecting, releasing, and being in a safe room with people who understand.

At Wrapabout It: A Letter to My Trauma, participants were given space to put words to experiences, acknowledge emotions, and practice letting go in their own way. Moments like these remind us that healing happens in community, through expression, and through permission to feel.
This was more than an activity. It was reflection. It was courage. It was a step forward. 💛

We had an incredible time partnering with the Healthy Start Program at Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center for the Dad Olympics! Fathers showed up, showed out, and stepped into their power through fun competition, learning, and connection. From hands-on activities to real conversations about fatherhood, this event was all about celebrating dads, strengthening families, and building community.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do, creating spaces where families feel supported, valued, and empowered.

🎨 S.I.P.P. Paint & Sip: “What Works For You”

Today, our Socially Involved Proud Parents gathered for a creative and reflective Paint & Sip experience that was about much more than art. While brushes met canvas, hearts met conversation. 💛

Parents explored different parenting styles, how they’ve shifted across generations, and why there is no “one right way” to raise children, only what works best for your family. The space allowed caregivers to breathe, process, laugh, and reflect in a way that was both healing and empowering.

Moments like these remind us that when parents feel supported, regulated, and understood, they are better equipped to show up for their children with patience, clarity, and love.
