Join us at Perennial Park on Tuesday, December 23rd for our annual Christmas Dinner!

All are welcome to attend! We will be serving ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and fruit crisp! You are encouraged to wear festive outfits.

We ask for a $5 donation for the meal and if you need a ride to the Center, please call us at 517-437-2422 by Monday, December 22nd, so we can add you to the pick-up list.

! City of Jackson Snow Shoveling Volunteers Needed !

The City of Jackson is compiling a list of volunteers who can assist elderly and disabled residents with sidewalk snow shoveling following snow events.

Volunteers must provide their own transportation and snow removal tools. Salt will be the responsibility of the resident to provide.

If you are interested in volunteering to help an elderly or disabled City of Jackson resident this winter season, please contact Public Works at 788-4170.

Thanks to the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber Ambassadors, and Chamber members for the gift of $450. The gift helps us continue to serve people with disabilities and make the season bright!

We also had a great visit from Santa, who reminded us that the specialness of the season is giving and being good to others!

Friendly reminder that JATA services will not run on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, or New Years Day, January 1, 2026, in order for our staff to enjoy the Holidays with their families.

Services will resume to normal operations the follow business day.
