This is shoulder rehab… and a whole lot more! So stoked working with the past few months on the design for our training wall - still in preliminary stages and not just for climbers!

This climb wall feature in our new gym is also for those recovering from injury, those recovering from fear-based stuck stress, those who want an out-of-the box training program, and those who just want to have fun!
