Say hello to Elise Maynard, PT, DPT — Facility Manager at our ORS Holt clinic!
Elise is as positive and upbeat as they come, and she has a natural ability to connect with her patients and make them feel supported from day one. A Holt local, Elise’s journey with ORS came full circle — she started as a patient, became a therapy aide, and is now leading the clinic as a physical therapist and Facility Manager. 💪
Elise is a graduate of Michigan State University (Kinesiology) and Grand Valley State University (DPT). Her clinical specialties include SI joint pain, dizziness, vertigo, post-concussion recovery, and balance or neurological concerns.
When she’s not guiding patients through recovery, you’ll find her traveling with family, walking her dog Apollo 🐶, playing golf with her boyfriend Braden, baking, cooking, and diving deep into anything true crime.

Say hello to Barb Miller, PT, DPT — Facility Manager at ORS Napoleon and all-around ray of sunshine! 🌟
Barb brings energy, compassion, and a whole lot of fun to everything she does — whether she's helping patients crush their rehab goals or supporting youth in our community through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
A Jackson native, Barb has a background in Medical Case Management and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University. She loves connecting with patients and creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her outside staying active, tackling yardwork, or spending time with her husband Paul and their Yorkie, Bella. 🐾
