Again welcome to our page! I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Chance Clair and ever since i can remember I have had an immense love and passion for cooking. Growning up with a large family like i have, we were always cooking and in the kitchen. My Mamaw Kitty, sparked my love of cooking when i was a young boy and over the years i have picked up different recipes from many other family members. My old man, Randy Clair, only fueled my passion. Watching him and my grandmother Sue, you won’t get the full recipe unless you’re paying attention. With that being said I have decided to start Coal County Cuisine. Here we are going to offer meal prep selections for you and your family using some of my families best secret recipes and some new ones from time to time. Be patient with us as we work out some of the kinks and get everything together to start cooking and providing you with the best kept secret in Eastern Kentucky.
