Ja Morant donated the entire fundraising goal of $15,000 to an 11 year old Memphis Grizzlies fan, SJ Pyron, who is fighting for his life after being hit by a car ❤️💰

After Morant reposted it on Facebook, people came together to bring the number to $40,000 for SJ’s care.

The Memphis Grizzlies also sent a merch & signed memorabilia package to him in the hospital.

A proposed bill in Tennessee discussed removing Tennessee’s Counseling licensure board. Along with other Counseling organizations, we have been advocating against the bill.

We are pleased to announce that Tennessee lawmakers have listened, and they are revising the bill to preserve the licensure board! The revision is expected to be complete tomorrow.

We extend a sincere thank you to the organizations and Counselors who have advocated with us. Your advocacy makes a difference.

After nearly two years of hard work, fundraising, and dedication, we are proud to officially announce the Nolan & Courtney Turner Memorial Scholarship.

This scholarship honors the spirit of creativity and kindness that Nolan and Courtney carried into everything they did. Now that the endowed scholarship has come to fruition, we cannot wait to see this tradition continue for years and years to come.

This year, we will award:
• 1 renewable $1,000 scholarship
• 4 one-time $500 scholarships

Eligible students must be a 2026 graduate of:
Huntingdon High School, Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central High School, McKenzie High School, West Carroll High School, Clarksburg High School, or Carroll Academy.

In the spirit of Nolan and Courtney, applicants are asked to share a community service initiative they completed that they are passionate about. This is not about the quantity of hours, but about the quality of heart behind the project. GPA and ACT scores are not requested for consideration, and this scholarship may be used at any post-secondary institution.

Seeing our first goal accomplished is unbelievable, and we cannot wait to start on newer projects to better our community in honor of Nolan and Courtney.

Healing attachment wounds requires intentional reflection and emotional work. When people begin to examine their internal narratives, they often discover that their feelings, another person’s behavior, and their own sense of worth have become tangled together. Attachment healing allows individuals to separate those elements, interpret experiences more accurately, and respond from a place of security rather than fear. Over time, this work supports healthier relationships and more stable emotional connections.
