📢 IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE: New Open Play Rules Effective Monday, January 26th 📢

To better manage the capacity and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all our valued customers, we are implementing new open play policies.

New Open Play Structure (Effective 1/26/26):

🕒 General Admission Open Play (Non-Members): $16 per child and $14 for sibling discount.

Open play sessions are now limited to 2 hours per person.

Once your two hours are complete, you will have the option to pay for another session or you will be required to exit the building.

📅 Membership Benefits (Members):

Monday - Friday: Members still enjoy unlimited open play.

Weekends: Member open play sessions will also be limited to 2 hours to help manage weekend crowds.

How It Works:

Every person who comes in for an open play session will receive a sticker upon check-in with their designated open play ending time clearly marked.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make these changes to provide a safer and more comfortable environment for everyone!
