We understand how overwhelming it can be when a loved one becomes ill and care needs change unexpectedly. Today, By Your Side Care Management had the privilege of volunteering to support Dementia Live® — an immersive, interactive experience designed to help participants better understand what it’s like to live with dementia.

Thanks to the thoughtful partnership with ADRC-OZ County, Advocate Health Care - Grafton for hosting, and community business partners we were able to engage community members, caregivers, and professionals in an eye-opening journey that fosters empathy, insight, and meaningful conversation.

Dementia Live doesn’t just educate — it transforms how we relate to those experiencing cognitive change. We are proud to be part of efforts that not only raise awareness, but also build understanding and support at every level of care and community life.

Grateful for trusted partners like Ryan Rabe and Dan Moore who continue to lead with compassion and purpose - and a little fun too!
