Join our team at Michigan Joint Replacement Institute in Jackson! We’re looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to support the daily operations of our busy orthopedic clinic and help ensure a seamless experience for every patient.

Requirements:
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire and must be maintained
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a medical office preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating appointments preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors, verify insurance, and update patient info

Welcome Dr. Tudor Tien!

Please welcome Dr. Tudor Tien!

Foot & Ankle Specialist at Michigan Joint Replacement Institute

Dr. Tien, M.D., grew up in East Lansing and earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a specialization in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Tien completed his orthopedic residency at the United States Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, followed by a foot and ankle fellowship at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

After his service in the Navy, Dr. Tien returned to Michigan, where he now resides in the Ann Arbor area with his wife, Suzanne, and their three children.
