There has been much uncertainty during these last few months. We at Miller Monument Company have deeply appreciated your support and continued business since March. We are now thrilled to inform you that both of our showrooms, once again, ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS! However, with the pandemic still posing a threat to the health and safety of our clients and staff, we are implementing new protocols until further notice with the re-opening of our doors:
1) We are strongly encouraging appointments during this time in order to avoid too many walk-ins and crowding in our showrooms. Appointments can be made by phone or email, and you can find that information further below. If you would choose to walk in without an appointment to either of our locations and we are at our capacity and/or serving another family/families, you will politely be asked for your contact information to schedule a future time convenient for you to stop back in for your consultation.
2) We are asking that no more than 2-3 people (including yourself) be present for your appointment, in order to avoid showroom overcrowding and to adhere to social distancing standards.
3) We are kindly asking that if you have a mask that you and everyone in your group please wear them. We will be also be wearing masks for your protection. If you do not have a mask or access to one upon arrival, please advise your memorial consultant and one will be provided for you (supplies are limited).
4) We will be thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing meeting areas and materials before and after each appointment. There will be several hand sanitizing stations throughout both of our showrooms. Please utilize them as necessary.
Our number one priority here at Miller Monument Company is to provide every family we serve with prompt, professional and personal one-on-one service in the purchase of a memorial for their loved one or themselves. We understand that these new protocols may be inconvenient or seem unnecessary to some, but we implement these protocols for a purpose. Our average clients are senior citizens, who are at a heightened risk of contracting and gravely suffering from COVID-19. So for the health and safety of you, your family, all of the families that enter our showrooms, and our staff, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
