Were excited to share the MAPSS grant, launching this August. This program is designed to support and grow Mississippi’s ABA workforce through training and mentorship, with the goal of opening additional therapy slots here at CAY over the next year.

I’ve attached a flyer with more details and application information. Please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested.

Thank you for helping spread the word, and let us know if you have any questions.

The UMMC Triage Line has been set up for calls from patients. The telephone number is 601-815-0000. For medical emergencies, call 911.

Requests for time-sensitive needs, such as medication refills or postoperative care visits, will be prioritized.

What to expect when you call

Please speak clearly when prompted to provide your name, callback number, date of birth, who you are trying to reach and your reason for calling. People calling for prescription refills should have on hand the medication name and dosage, plus the name, address and telephone number of their pharmacy.

About the call back

Messages will be routed to the appropriate person for a return phone call, in as timely a manner as possible. Please be aware your return call may be from a non-UMMC number. Return calls may be delayed as we anticipate a high volume of calls daily from across the state.

Please do not call multiple times. Repeated calls will slow our ability to respond.

We apologize for this interruption of our services. Teams are working around the clock to restore full operations and help as many people as quickly as we possibly can.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
