Did you know that the owner, Valerie, is also a massage instructor? Today’s all about prep work — getting ready to teach three continuing education classes this November! 📚💆‍♀️

And no… I don’t normally wear glasses 😉 These are blue light glasses — they help reduce eye strain and prevent migraines triggered by long hours on the computer (a must-have when you spend the day building courses and creating materials!).

Of course, my trusty helper Shayla 🐾 is right by my side, making sure I stay on task and get all my work done today! ❤️

We had such a fun spa day out at Twin Creek Ranch — the views of the Elk Refuge were absolutely stunning! 🌄✨ Three generations — Grandma, Mom, and Daughter — all taking a little time to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some much-deserved self-care together. 💆‍♀️💖 Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

🌟 I pulled out all the stops to help a client struggling with the stubborn pain of plantar fasciitis. 💆‍♂️👣

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain, caused by inflammation of the thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot. It can feel like a sharp, stabbing pain—especially first thing in the morning or after long periods of standing.

Massage therapy can make a huge difference: improving circulation, loosening tight muscles in the calves and feet, and reducing stress on the fascia. Combined with stretches, proper footwear, and home care, clients often feel relief and can get back to moving more comfortably. 🧡

Quick tip for home relief: Roll the bottom of your foot over a frozen water bottle for 5–10 minutes. It helps reduce inflammation while giving the fascia a gentle stretch. ❄️👟

Helping people move out of pain and back into balance is why we do what we do! 🌿✨

✨ Y’all, I just had the BEST 2 days in Salt Lake! ✨
I joined a mini retreat and learned a brand-new massage modality: myofascial release 🙌

Not only did I meet an amazing group of gals, but we also:
💪 Tried a mini aerial fitness class
💆‍♀️ Enjoyed collagen masks & infrared therapy
🙌 Got my rib pit back in place (hallelujah!)
🍴 Ate some seriously delicious food
