Upcoming schedule additions and changes

⭐️ Friday 5:30am in Brick is changing to Hot Conditioning! Starts this week!
⭐️We’re adding a 5-6pm Women’s hot vinyasa in jackson on Thursday afternoons starting this week!
⭐️ we’re making Sunday 1:30pm HC in Brielle a permanent schedule addition!
⭐️ Wednesdays 12-1pm in brick power vinyasa is coming next week!

We’re excited to add on all these extra classes and times, what else do you want to see and when??

Join us this Saturday for our final 2025 donation yoga class - led by our most recent graduates of the 2025 Bask 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program! Over the last several weeks, our grads have stepped to the front of the room, honed their skills and led hundreds of students- raising thousands of dollars for local charities!

We are so incredibly proud of all of their hard work over the course of the training & getting to experience all that they have learned as they lead us through their first public yoga classes!

We also want to thank YOU for showing them support— taking their classes and helping to raise funds for local charities! We know the grads are so grateful for the support in their early teaching journey, getting to test all that they’ve learned in a public studio environment.

Many of you have asked when we will be hosting our next yoga teacher training— while we don’t have dates yet, what we can tell you is that we only host 1 YTT per year starting in the fall, with a small class size limited to 12 students. Keep your eyes peeled for announcements later this summer on training dates, applications, enrollment! Spaces fill VERY quickly, so if the Bask YTT is something you’ve been dreaming of, send us a DM so that we can make sure to keep you in the loop and that you’re the first to know when we announce details for our next training!

MDW schedule update
FYI Next Monday the 26th we will be canceling all evening classes at all locations. We have also added a pop up HC class in brick at 11:15am, now live on the Bask app & mindbody!

Classes will fill so make sure to register early and as always, if you’re not able to make it please cancel your reservation asap so that someone else might get that spot! 🫶

We’re adding a new class on Sunday evenings, starting this week! Yin-to-vin 7-8pm in Brielle with Christina.

This week also marks the start of our donation based YTT graduate classes. Each Saturday and Sunday at 3pm we will have a donation based yoga class at bask Brielle where one of our most recent 2025 bask 200 hour yoga teacher training graduates will teach an hour long heated vinyasa class. Each graduate selects a local charity of choice to donate all of the process generated for their class! Suggested donation for these classes is $15, but you’re welcome to give more to support a good cause! As space is limited, we highly recommend you pre register- classes are available to book 7 days in advance!

Yesterday afternoon we had the privilege to graduate 12 amazing women as the newest Bask Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructors! Over the last 5 months they’ve worked tirelessly studying all of the facets of the 8 limbs of yoga, learned the subtleties of how to teach a dynamic vinyasa yoga class, and challenged the themselves to grow in ways they didn’t know were possible. We are so incredibly proud of each one of them, Congratulations ladies!!

In a few weeks we will begin our YTT graduate donation yoga classes! On Saturdays and Sundays in Brielle at 3pm each week, our graduates will each host a donation based yoga class, open to the public! A suggested donation of $15 will help to generate funds for a local charity of their choice, 100% of the proceeds generated for that class will be donated to said charity. We hope you are able to support them in taking their first yoga classes as certified yoga instructors! We’ll announce more details in April on how to register and support

We honestly thought these pop ups would only be for a couple weeks, but you guys have been SHOWING UP! We’ve just made another pop up (semi) permanent! Saturdays 1:30pm Hot conditioning in brick with Sara will be on the schedule through the spring! 🥰
