Check out this new website that is a clearing house for local extracurricular activities!

The new website, available in English and Spanish, features an expansive program directory to make finding out-of-school learning opportunities easier for parents and caregivers. ExpandedLearningJH.org allows users to filter out-of-school programs by date range, program content, child’s age, scholarship availability and more. New programs will be added as they’re announced, including afterschool programs for fall 2025 and beyond.

It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that Jackson Pediatrics will permanently close effective June 30, 2025.

We will remain open for acute and ongoing care, wellness visits and scheduled follow-up through June, 2025.

For the middle school or high school athletes in your family, I suggest scheduling a wellness visit with us in May or June—sports physicals for the2025-26 school year may be completed any time after May 1.

If your child receives ongoing or routinely refilled prescriptions through our office, I suggest you schedule a “med check” with us prior to our office closing to ensure ongoing availability to those medicines during the transition away from Jackson Pediatrics.
