To Our Amazing Patients,

We are pleased to report that we are back and available to serve you once again! The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority and we have made some changes to reflect this.

These are some things that you may notice are different in our office:

• To reduce the total number of people and cross-traffic in the office we will be operating on a reduce schedule. Because of this you may not be offered as many options for appointments as previously. Please understand that we are diligently trying to accommodate anyone in need of treatment in a safe and efficient manner.

• To control the flow and number of people in the office, our doors will remain locked. Please call us when you arrive. We will attempt to gather all information from you over the phone for the check in process and let you know when we are ready for you to enter the office.

• We will allow only one parent or guardian to enter the office with a minor child. All adults will be asked to come alone unless a companion is needed for health reasons.

• We will be administering a COVID-19 pre-screening to all patients before treatment.

• If you need to purchase a supplement or treatment related item, please call the office in advance to arrange a time for purchase and pickup.

• We have limited most of our seating in the front office and have left only enough to allow for proper social distancing.

• All magazines and publications have been removed from the waiting area.

• The water cooler will not be available for use at this time.

• All exam rooms and equipment are completely sanitized between patients using CDC approved cleaners and protocols.

• All surfaces in the front office are sanitized hourly and you will notice that we have installed Plexiglas partitions on our front counter to protect you and our staff.

• All patients will be required to wear a mask. In addition, our staff will be wearing masks and gloves when they are in direct contact with patients.

As always, we are grateful for your cooperation and understanding as we navigate this difficult situation.

We are excited to see you all again soon. Together, we will get through this.

At this time Governor Whitmer has extended the Stay Home - Stay Safe order through May 15th.

For the time being we will continue suspending normal operation of the clinic until May 15th, 2020. We plan to begin seeing patients again on Monday, May 18th, 2020.

Currently healthcare workers “necessary to sustain or protect life” are exempt from the Stay Home, Stay Safe order. We have been directed to discontinue non-emergent care at this time.

If you are in pain and feel that it is an urgent or emergent case that is within the scope of chiropractic medicine, please call the office and leave a message as our forwarding service will get back to you.

We truly miss all of you, and hope that we can resume normal operation in the near future. As always, our first priority is your health and safety.

We are only allowed to treat patients in the event it could alleviate the influx of patients to local emergency departments and hospital systems.
