About Our Start
Dr. Culley has been placing dental implants and performing cosmetic oral surgery for almost 25 years. In continuing his quest to enhance overall aesthetic results, he found the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). Dr. Culley has reached master levels in Neuromodulators (Botox and Xeomin) and in Facial Fillers (such as Juvederm and Voluma). He is actively completing his requirements to achieve the highest standing in the AAFE which is Diplomat status. He acts as a mentor for the AAFE helping train other providers in facial esthetics.
Dr. Culley is joined by his daughter, Julianna, who is a Licensed Esthetician. She trained at the prestigious Aveda Institute in Franklin, TN. She has also received specialized training in Plasma Lift Treatments, permanent and semi-permanent make-up application, Microneedling, IPL, Microcurrent, Microblading as well as traditional aspects of esthiology and skin care. She was trained by one of the most recognized Microbladers for semi-permanent eyebrow sculpting in the country, Noi, in Seattle Washington. Julianna is joined by Karla in the Microblading. Both trained with Noi and both have state licenses in tattooing. Julianna also trained with the premier leaders in lash extensions and fillers at Ciao Bella in Encinitas, CA.
With our focus in cosmetic results, we have opened our new clinic “Aesthetic - Facial and Skin Rejuvenation Center” as a divison of Dr. Culley’s existing clinic, “The Institute for Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.” We take pride in customized plans for each client considering their aesthetics wants, realistic expectations and long term maintenance for the best results and long term skin care possible.
