I will be celebrating National Night out at the Jackson Medical Mall, located in Jackson, Ms. Make plans to come out and celebrate, as well as meeting me. Overwhelmed as a caregiver or dealing with a mental illness....there is help available. Come find encouragement, self care tips,non-judgmental environment, and a place that welcomes your need(s). This is your support group and is free of charge, to anyone wanting to attend. Could this be a blessing for you? If not repost, pass it on. You never know who can use the support.

Another bit of information I just found out (regarding nbda.org-National Black Deaf Advocates) inception 1983. There is also a Miss. Black Deaf America Pageant. Interesting! Please share and repost. You never know who can use today's information. Even better our deaf citizens can possibly take advantage of these opportunities.

Good morning, afternoon,evening whichever one this post finds you operating in. I want to give a few golden nuggets of knowledge as it relates to the disabled. Here are a few websites I found interesting (about disabled citizens).
Healthfinder.gov (staying active w/a disability), nchpad.org , cdc.gov, hearinglikeme.com, (article on first deaf superhero cast in "The Eternals". This is a Marvel movie set for release in November of 2020. Her name is Laurin Ridloff. She was also named Miss. Deaf in 2000. This lady is an inspiration.
