The Walk for Life is THIS Saturday! So far, our walkers are ahead compared to the same timeframe last year! This does not include offline donations, so we are much closer to our $100,000 goal that it appears. Praise the Lord!

Juli wants YOU to help us name our mommy/baby boutique in Gibson County! Juli is our fantastic Assistant Director of Development in Gibson County, and she loves it when people feel like they are a part of this life-saving ministry.

We need you to do three things:
1. Comment on this post with your name idea or ideas. Feel free to be creative and submit as many names as you want!
2. Message us on Facebook or Instagram with your name ideas along with YOUR name and phone number so we can contact you if you win!
3. Share this post with your friends so they can enter the contest too!

We will collect names until September 26th, after which the Gibson County staff and volunteers will vote on their favorite. The winning name will be announced at the Walk for Life on October 4th, and the person who submitted that name will receive a prize!

Here's a sneak peek at the fun stuff we have planned for the Walk for Life on Saturday, October 4th! We hope to see you there!

The Walk for Life isn't just for kids and families. It's for all ages, whether you are in your 20s or 80s - we will have something for everyone. Another highlight: free snacks, free coffee and hot chocolate, and lunches for sale. 😋

Nothing gets past Kim, our Director of Nursing in Jackson! When Cindy* came for her pregnancy test last week, Kim noticed she appeared very anxious. Cindy shared with us that she was considering abortion because she was not financially stable, and she knew she wouldn’t have much support from the father of the baby. She was overwhelmed.

However, things really turned around in the ultrasound room! According to Kim, Cindy was just tickled to death to see and hear her baby’s heartbeat. She kept repeating, “The baby is just so cute!” Kim said that Cindy looked like a completely different person. From being anxious and overwhelmed an hour and a half earlier, she now looked calm, peaceful, and happy.

On her exit interview (shared in the image), she said the ultrasound “made me realize a lot, and the life inside of me was God’s plan.” Needless to say, Cindy did change her mind and choose life for her baby!
