Last week we celebrated Rehab Week with a “Passport to Rehab” adventure! Maplewood Health Care packed our bags and headed to fabulous Las Vegas.

Our journey included stops at Lucky Streak Tattoo for temporary tattoos, indulging in Sundaes on the Strip, Jackpot Jello, and Sin City Sangrias, plus plenty of poker and card games along the way. From start to finish, it was a week full of fun, laughter, and big wins for our residents. What happens in Rehab… is too good not to share! 😄🎰♠️♥️♣️♦️

Tomorrow kicks off Rehab Week (9/15–9/20) at all ATS facilities, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our teams and residents!

This year’s theme is “Passport to Rehab” — we’re getting ready to take our residents on their dream vacation through fun activities, themed events, and plenty of smiles.

Stay tuned all week as we share the adventures, creativity, and teamwork that make rehabilitation such a meaningful journey. 🚢🏖️🗺️

We are so excited to recognize our remarkable resident, Beverly Hahn, who has been named to the 2025 THCA/TNCAL Who’s Who in Tennessee Long-term Care! 🤩

For residents, the award honors individuals who have led extraordinary lives, achieved significant accomplishments, or made meaningful contributions to their community, either before or during their time in long-term care. We are very proud of Beverly and her inspiring story! We are blessed that she chose Four Oaks Healthcare Center as her care provider 💚
