We are so excited to recognize our remarkable resident, Beverly Hahn, who has been named to the 2025 THCA/TNCAL Who’s Who in Tennessee Long-term Care! 🤩

For residents, the award honors individuals who have led extraordinary lives, achieved significant accomplishments, or made meaningful contributions to their community, either before or during their time in long-term care. We are very proud of Beverly and her inspiring story! We are blessed that she chose Four Oaks Healthcare Center as her care provider 💚

Today we’re celebrating our first annual Maplewood Back-to-School Bash! 🎉 We’ve got bouncy houses, a fruit truck, a Mexican food truck, and free school supplies for our amazing staff and their kids. Here’s to a fun-filled day and a great school year ahead! 📚🎒🌮🍉

We are so excited to announce that we have been recognized as a 2025 Silver Achievement in Quality Award recipient by the AHCA/NCAL. We are the only skilled nursing facility in Washington County and only 1 of 3 in East Tennessee to currently hold this honor! We are incredibly proud of our Four Oaks team 💚
