✨ 2025, what a year — and hello 2026 ✨

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been spending time reflecting on just how much growth, change, and gratitude this year has held.

This year brought hard decisions, big transitions, and meaningful wins—both personally and professionally. We expanded services, strengthened our team, cared for thousands of patients, and continued showing up even when things felt heavy or uncertain. I’m incredibly proud of the work done behind the scenes and the people who made it possible.

Most of all, I’m grateful:
• For our patients and families who trust us in vulnerable seasons
• For our team who shows up with heart, integrity, and resilience
• For the lessons that pushed growth, even when they were uncomfortable

As we head into 2026, the focus is clear:
➡️ clarity
➡️ balance
➡️ sustainability
➡️ leadership with purpose
➡️ continued commitment to compassionate, ethical care

New chapters are opening, and while change can be bittersweet, it’s also exciting. I’m stepping into 2026 grounded, hopeful, and ready for what’s next.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. 💛
Here’s to a new year filled with intention, growth, and peace.

Cheers to 2026 🥂

We are proud to have Bailey on our team!

Bailey Hall is from Henderson, Tennessee. She earned a dual Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with concentrations in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Her doctoral training focused on clinical leadership, evidence-based practice, and integrated care models that support wellness across both physical and mental health.

Before completing her graduate degrees, she gained extensive experience in high-acuity hospital settings, including the Trauma ICU, Surgical ICU, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Working in these critical-care environments strengthened her ability to remain calm, focused, and compassionate during some of the most vulnerable moments in a patient’s life. It also deepened her passion for holistic care—recognizing that healing involves not only physical recovery, but also emotional and psychological well-being.

As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Bailey provides comprehensive, patient-centered care that bridges the gap between primary care and mental health. She believes true wellness comes from addressing the whole person, and is committed to helping patients build stability, resilience, and confidence in their health journey.

Bailey’s approach centers on patient education, collaborative goal-setting, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their treatment. She strives to create a therapeutic environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and supported. Above all, she views each encounter as an opportunity to help patients experience meaningful, sustainable progress—not just symptom relief, but genuine improvement in their quality of life.

🌿 ADHD & Nervous System Dysregulation in Women

If you’re a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD, you may have spent years feeling “off” — overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious — without understanding why. Many women blame themselves for being “too sensitive” or “bad at coping,” when in reality, they’ve been living with a chronically dysregulated nervous system.

We now know that for many women with ADHD, symptoms like:

-Constant busyness or restlessness

-People-pleasing or boundary issues

-Fatigue, task paralysis, emotional reactivity
.....aren’t personal failures. They’re survival responses to long-term nervous system stress.

🧠 ADHD brains often get stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown. Understanding your nervous system’s patterns is the first step to healing.

🔎 Start by asking:
What are your glimmers (things that make you feel safe and calm)?
What are your triggers (things that push you into anxiety, avoidance, or exhaustion)?

Common glimmers: sunshine, dog walks, music, deep breaths, stretching
Common triggers: poor sleep, social rejection, doom-scrolling, unstructured time

💡 Regulation Tools That Help:
✔️ Reclaim rest as a necessity, not a reward
✔️ Limit tech stimulation (especially in the morning/evening)
✔️ Try cold water splashes or compresses
✔️ Use somatic practices like movement, grounding, or EFT
✔️ Learn your nervous system’s "ladder" of stress — and how to climb back to calm

At iMind, we see you. Your nervous system isn’t broken — it’s been working overtime to protect you. With the right tools and support, you can return to a more regulated, grounded version of yourself. 💛
