This free, one-day event is focused on bringing awareness and resources to our community. Together, we’re learning and sharing about the real issues that affect families every day—like mental health, opioids, va**ng, alcohol, and more.

Our Activities Department is excited to find new “pet parents” for these cuddly critters — bringing joy, comfort, and plenty of smiles to our Residents. 🥰

We had an amazing time as the Monroe County High School football🏈 players and cheerleaders📣 brought their energy, spirit, and school pride to our facility for a special pep rally!✨✨✨

Our Residents and Staff loved cheering along, clapping to the chants, and feeling the excitement. 💛💙 It was such a joy to see the smiles, laughter, and community spirit shining bright.

Woodmen Life, Jackson Health Care and Southern Care Hospice would like to thanks our local first responders that came out to eat today! It was a GREAT time. It was so nice to see all the different types of first responders sit down for a few and just get to visit without it being an emergency. We hope they all get to enjoy the holiday season with their families!

7 lbs 5 oz, 19.25 inches long. He has more grandmas than he knows what to do with! These ladies have held many babies in their life but treasure it so much now. We love it when our family grows! These residents will most definitely enjoy watching him every stage.

On June 27th we had PROM here at Jackson Health Care! Vital Caring Hospice hosted the event a long with fabulous food and decor they had a full fledged photo room set up to get professional pictures of all that attended. Vital Care is going to be dropping off a printed picture of everyone and will give you a site where you can go and get printed as many pics as you want. These pics are simply precious! Thanks Vital Caring Hospice for going above and beyond on this one!
