💖 There are a whole lot of reasons we have to be grateful–our programming has touched so many lives this year–from our sprouts families, music therapy clients, community members, and more!

Each year, our adult day programs re-write lyrics for a recording session about what fills them with gratitude. We love pairing this moving music with a slideshow of our lovely community because YOU fill our hearts with joy (and our eyes with a few happy tears!)✨
