As an interractive, solution focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients work through their identified difficulties or problems and change long-standing behavioral problems on their own. With great sensitivity and understanding, I help my clients to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges, substance abuse and mental health issues.

I work with each client to help them build on strengths to identify and achieve their personal goals. I have numerous years of experience providing counseling and substance abuse counseling to adults, adolescents and couples. I provide a supportive setting focused on emotional needs in an encouraging environment. In-home therapy also available on a case by case basis.

As my Equine Therapy Program closes its doors here in New Jersey, there have been some truly emotional goodbyes. 💔 The horses have said farewell to some of their favorite friends, and those friends have had to part with their trusted partners in therapy.

This is, without a doubt, one of the hardest parts of relocating the practice. The bonds formed between these incredible animals and the people they help are something truly special—and they will be deeply missed.

While this chapter comes to an end, a new one is already on the horizon. I’m looking forward to rebuilding and growing the equine therapy program in Florida, where I know it will continue to change lives in powerful ways.

There’s nothing better first thing in the morning than seeing the pure joy and love for life from a horse who’s been given a second chance. ❤️

Dallas is a kill pen rescue, who didn’t have the easiest life before coming here. He has been mine for over 2 years now and he’s living his best life — happy, healthy, and loved beyond measure. This sweet boy is a true gem who brings smiles to everyone he meets. He is the absolute best psychotherapy horse. 🥰🐴

Shout out to one of my greatest equine therapy horses… Dallas… he always puts a smile on everyone’s face. He is as sweet and kind as they come . He just loves his job and was meant to be a therapy horse.

I am officially not only licensed in New Jersey but I am also licensed in the state of Florida. I can now provide mental health and addiction counseling services for adults and adolescents who reside in Florida as well as New Jersey.

Currently providing in person and virtual counseling services for New Jersey and virtual counseling service services for Florida.

In network with all major insurances for New Jersey and working on the same for Florida.

This weekend we lost our therapy dog Bluey. She was the greatest dog ever. She brought joy to everyone she met. There was not a person, animal or Client she didn’t like or bring happiness to. She has been such a huge part of our lives for over 15 years and the best co-worker I ever had. No one loved “going to work” more than Bluey. This is a tough loss for many of us. She has made such a huge impact on so many lives. We will all carry her in our hearts forever. Rest in Peace sweet Bluey. We love you.

I love watching these amazing animals bring so much joy and be such a huge part of helping people heal and prosper. There is nothing better than loving what you do for a living. Feeling blessed and thankful for the freedom to live my best life.
