Massage Theurapeutics I have been a LMT and holistic practitioner for the past 20yrs. The term "massage therapy" encompasses many different techniques.

I am dedicated to promoting healing and rejuvenation through specialized therapeutic massage techniques and modalities to assist in healing mentally,spiritually n emotionally In general, therapists press, rub, and otherwise manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. Most often use we use our hands and fingers, but may also use forearms, elbows, or feet. Types of Massage Therapy: A Few Examples

In Swedish massage, the therapist uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration, and tapping. Sports massage is similar to Swedish massage, adapted specifically to the needs of athletes.
