We love these full classes the New Year brings! Here is a reminder for us all that what you bring into the studio space can affect those around you - whether it’s energy, odor or presence.
Saucha - the first Niyama (personal observance) of Patanjali’s 8 Limbs translates to cleanliness both on and off the mat.
Simply put, this means maintaining personal hygiene, a clean space and keeping your thoughts clear, focused & nonjudgemental.
We want each and every one of our students to be met with a welcoming, judgement free environment, that allows them to practice just as they need!
✨Would you join us in taking on the practice of Saucha in our space? ✨
Come in clean clothes and body, and stay aware of smell - whether it’s strong perfume, odor or even smoke. We’ve stocked the restrooms with complimentary deodorant and cleansing wipes should you need to freshen up. And we provide spray to wipe your mat down post class. A periodic, deep clean for your mat at home is also a great idea. (Dawn dish soap works wonders!)
Thanks for helping us take such good care of this place we love. We love ya 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
