🙏 Our (every) November Practice: Cultivating Gratitude
This month and every November since we opened, we try to slow down and focus on all that we have to be grateful for.

Gratitude is a practice—just like stepping onto your mat. It’s the conscious recognition of the positive things in your life and how they shape your day. When we practice gratitude, we boost our overall well-being and find joy in the little things. Won’t you join us?

Grief touches every heart—sometimes softly, sometimes with a weight we can hardly name.

Join Ami for a gathering to breathe, feel & heal—together. This 2 hours will offer nurturing ways to move through grief with the support of yoga, Reiki and shared connection.

Join us to help fill local food banks this month

With the holidays approaching + the current state of
food insecurity in our country, we have to help however we can. All of November, we will collect food items + grocery gift cards for local food banks including Lutheran Social Services, BEAM + Feeding NE Florida.

AND all monetary donations collected in Sunday Service
classes for November will also go to support these causes. So come do your yoga + donate, simple as that 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Join Leah for Breathwork Facilitator Training 🫁

This training will certify you as an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator, equipping you with everything you need to guide impactful and transformational sessions with confidence and ease. You’ll learn how to combine breath, music, and integration to create safe and powerful experiences that support emotional release, mental clarity, and deep healing.
