Today held a little bit of everything …. heat, laughter, connection, movement, generosity, curiosity….and it was powerful to witness.

Women’s Wellness Fest was HUGE. So many incredible modalities in one space, all offered by women who truly care. Women who care about others, about themselves, and about the collective. The energy of that kind of intention is something special.

I was honored to volunteer with merch and raffles today — and to sling lemonade and water to anyone who needed a refresh on this hot Florida day. 💛 Sometimes service looks simple, but it still feels meaningful to be part of something bigger.

Grateful for the community that showed up, shared their gifts, and supported one another. Also, I am in sheer AWE of who pours her 💜 into and all that goes into it. (You have no idea!)

I almost didn’t go.

Rocking headache. Low energy. Every excuse felt valid.

But I showed up anyway.

And you know what? Movement is medicine.

45 minutes later my headache was gone, my mood had shifted, and I was riding that endorphin high that reminds you why strength training matters — especially in this season of life. 💪

Friendly faces. Loud music. Lifting heavy things. Feeling capable in my body again.

So glad I didn’t skip it.

Thank you .perrone and this Women’s Wellness Fest community for making it easier to show up on the hard days. That’s what it’s really about.

First Disney 10K magic ✨🐿️🧀 🛠️

Ch-Ch-Cha Chip and Dale, Rescue Rangers!!

Ran as Gadget, alongside Chip & Dale, and the cheese guy himself — Monterey Jack (had to look that one up 😄).

Early alarms, sleepy smiles, so many laughs, and the best kind of fun friends.

Tired legs, full heart, core memories made before most people were awake.

10/10 would wake up before sunrise for this kind of joy and silliness again 🏃‍♀️💫
