March is here! This means longer days, and better weather. It also means allergy season is in full swing🤧

Can going to your chiropractor help?🤔

While we don’t eliminate triggers and every patient is different with their specific allergies and histamine breakdown ability, treatment can be effective in relieving some of the the pressure buildup in the sinuses and helping facilitate a better immune response.

Here we focus on trigger point work to the sinus cavities with manual and activator techniques, in addition to performing spinal adjustments in the cervical and thoracic regions.
