The January ReFresh is back!

The Refresh is a 21-day nutritional reset that is free to all patients of A New Way Healthcare.

Our resident Certified Nutritional Practitioner- Katie Hammill- will guide us through the 3-week
program which starts on Monday, January 12th.

There is no need to register. Participation is
optional but everyone will receive the guide book (via email) and weekly online seminars directly to your inbox.

Topics will include blood sugar management
and its impact on our weight and cravings, muscle growth and GLP nutrition, and wellness tools to support our emotional and mental health.
Don’t worry if you can’t make them live, they will be recorded and shared!

We know that many of you have participated in the past and we would love to see you return to
kick off the year with the habits that can support your health.
For those who are new to the practice or to the ReFresh we’re so glad to have you on board and hope you’ll gain the tools to truly transform your health in 2026!

The holidays can be joyful and overwhelming — sometimes all at once. Between packed schedules, financial pressure, family dynamics, and nonstop noise, it’s easy to feel stretched thin.

Give yourself permission to slow down, say no when you need to, and take moments just for you. Whether it’s a quiet walk, a deep breath, or asking for support, small steps can make a big difference. Your mental health deserves care this season — and always.

You don’t have to do it all — just take it one moment at a time.
