This is to the women out there who are going through pre-menopause or menopause. There was so much misinformation sensationalized in regards to using hormone replacement therapy back in the 1990’s and early 2000’s.
I recall my GYN telling me to take black coach for night sweats 🔥and no other alternatives for menopausal symptoms😈
