Big Food didn’t make a mistake here, this was a boardroom decision.

They engineered a fake fruit, put a picture of a blueberry on the bag, and banked on the fact that most people will never flip it over and read the label.

This is the food system we are living in — and it is making us sick.

Always read your labels. Question the packaging. And know that REAL blueberries (the ones that actually FEED your brain, reduce inflammation, and support your gut) are worth every penny.
