(Now Hiring an RVP- Skilled Nursing Facilities) Hello,

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee operations for 8 Skilled Nursing facilities located in Hillsborough County, Polk County, Pinellas County & Pasco County.

Our team comprises experienced professionals with over 40 years of combined expertise in healthcare operations management.

The Regional Vice President of Operations will provide assessments, recommendations, consultation, education,
and oversight to the consulting skilled nursing facilities regarding:

business development, resident care, state and federal surveys, customer service, human resource management, clinical support, financial services and ethics resulting in assigned facilities achieving positive outcomes.

The RVP will support the facility administrators to develop the facility goals, objectives and facility resource allocation.

Additionally, the RVP will lead a team of regional consultants and coordinate consulting services with an interdisciplinary approach.
