If you eat fish regularly, you may want to think twice, especially if it comes from the Chickahominy Watershed or surrounding areas. Between 2021 and 2023, toxins were found in fish samples there. But the public? We’re just hearing about it now—in 2025. That’s up to four years of silence while people unknowingly consumed contaminated food.

The excuse for the delay? According to a VDH spokesperson:

“Fish advisories are not instantaneous. It is a methodological process that involves several state agencies and requires detailed sampling and analysis, both reviewed with an overabundance of caution. PFOS is an emerging discipline, and guidance is constantly being updated.”

Uh-huh. Yeah, right. And where was that “overabundance of caution” during C**VID?

Let’s be honest: this isn’t just red tape—it’s censorship wrapped in bureaucracy, with profit as the bottom line. When industries tied to fishing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals are involved, transparency becomes negotiable. Public health takes a back seat to protecting revenue streams.

People were left in the dark because releasing this information earlier would’ve cost too much—too many headlines, too many lawsuits, too much accountability. And this is just one example.

We’re not being protected—we’re being managed. Kept in the dark until it’s convenient to tell the truth. In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more examples of how the public is being exposed to harm without consent, while agencies spin the narrative to serve their interests.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more posts that expose how this same pattern is playing out in other areas—how information is being suppressed, how harm is being normalized, and how the public is consistently left vulnerable while those in power protect their interests.

It’s not about your safety. It’s about their money.

Upon returning to Whidbey Island, WA, after inspiring travels through the Pacific Northwest, I partnered with Jacelyn Cole of Oaklawn Enchantments, LLC to offer a transformative self-development workshop on intuition.

These abilities are not "woo-woo"; they are innate senses that, when nurtured, foster profound personal growth and connection.

Unfortunately, our society has often misunderstood or suppressed these gifts.

In mental health, they are sometimes pathologized—labeled as disorders rather than recognized as natural experiences.

Certain religious interpretations have historically demonized those who communicate with Spirit or ancestors, branding them as "witches" or "satanic." Yet Jesus exists in Spirit. When people pray, they are speaking to Spirit. Jesus is also an ancestor in humanity’s spiritual lineage. If speaking to Spirit is wrong, how do we explain prayer or calling upon God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit? It’s time to move beyond fear toward deeper understanding.

This suppression reflects a broader pattern of censorship, where media and education often marginalize spiritual knowledge that doesn’t fit the mainstream narrative.

Developing intuitive skills strengthens organizations, too:

• Enhances communication through deeper empathy

• Builds cohesive, collaborative teams

• Sharpens decision-making by integrating intuition and analysis

• Fosters compassionate, resilient leadership.

When people are connected to themselves, each other, and a greater purpose, organizations thrive—becoming more creative, agile, and united.

This workshop was a reminder that these gifts are sacred and deserve recognition. They are bridges to greater compassion, clarity, and connection with the Divine and one another.

Intuition is a knowing that extends beyond logic and intellect. Intuition is your soul’s guiding beacon of light, reminding you to trust the process of flow, the process of now, of being fully present in this very moment.
