So this is the gut cleanse that I have been taking— I am on week six— it is recommended for 90 days. It is called Candida cleanse and it is by Botanicals it has six different herbs in it: Oregon grape, barberry root, Pau D’arco, olive leaf, grapefruit seed, and spearmint leaf. barberry root, and Oregon grape both have a compound called berberine that has a lot of scientific backing on how it could be helpful for the gut/liver axis and can aid in digestion work as an anti-parasitic and lower inflammation in the body as well as blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol.
