1) Use a fitness app like Nike or Peloton or turn on an Amazon prime video to do an at home workout. A lot of high quality exercises don’t use equipment. All you need is a floor!
2) Find a drop in exercise class! I do drop in classes for $32 at Club Pilates once week. Classpass and other services are great for this!
