After much reflection, I have made the difficult decision to close Fresh Start Primary Care, with our last day of operation being May 6th, 2025. It has been an honor to care for my patients and be part of your health journey.

All patients have been notified via email, and physical letters have been mailed with details on next steps. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out before our closing date.
