Why should I book a face treatment? ❔

Like full body massages, facial treatments reduce inflammation. This alleviates sinus pressure, helping those prone to allergies and sinus infections.

Facial treatments additionally reduce acne, wrinkles, and fine lines.

If you have any facial scarring, frequent massaging helps reduce the appearance of the scar, and can even make it completely disappear.

A mini facial treatment session can be added to your full body massage. By spending extra time focusing on your face, you will begin to notice the benefits mentioned above. 🫶

How often should one book a massage❔

If you are an athlete, experts recommend scheduling your massage every one to three weeks to help aid in tissue repair as you strengthen your muscles. Frequent massages are also recommended for those with chronic conditions.

Otherwise, massages every 4 to 6 weeks are a great form of self-care. Booking monthly massages help keep your muscles relaxed and healthy, improving your overall well-being. ☯️
