SPAR and Feeding Northeast Florida are pleased to bring Yoga in the Park to Historic Springfield for spring and summer 2025! Bring your yoga mat and water bottle to Sesquicentennial Park every second and fourth Saturday of the month at 10:30 AM and enjoy an outdoor yoga session with your neighbors, hosted by Bold City Yoga instructors. Our next session takes place NEXT SATURDAY, April 12!

Classes are FREE for SPAR members (not a member? Join here today!: sparcouncil.org/membership), or a $5 suggested donation for non-members (donate here: sparcouncil.org/donatetoday, or with cash at the class). These classes are suitable for all skill levels, and all ages 8 years old and up!
