Short term stays are ideal for those who are discharged from a hospital but need further skilled nursing, medical care or rehabilitation services. The rehabilitation team at Twin Oaks Health And Rehabilitation strives to help each resident requiring therapy services to attain the highest level of independence. We also celebrated National Peanut and Humming Bird Day with a bags of Peanuts, because we are nuts about our Staff, and home made Hummingbirds Cake for both shifts! Wow what a week!
