Short term stays are ideal for those who are discharged from a hospital but need further skilled nursing, medical care or rehabilitation services. Let me Blow your hair back, and tell you how Great our Therapy team is! Simply said “AMAZING “! Our resident graduated this week. From the moment he arrived he told ALL of us he was going to be home for Thanksgiving! Well he made it! We are so overly happy for him and his family! His ambition never tired, his goal was set and he endured all his treatment! He’s home now , but when he left us he said he would be back to visit and if he ever had to return, he was coming to Twin Oaks Heath and Rehab! We are so excited for him!
