Today is International Women’s Day, a day to honor women’s achievements, raise awareness about gender equality, and support positive change.
At PsycHope, we also make space for the quieter achievements of women, the ones that may never make headlines, but still matter deeply. The healing work, the boundaries, the courage to begin again, and the ways women keep going when so much of what they carry remains unseen.
In that spirit, a new episode of the PsycHope Self-Help Podcast is now live: Give to Gain: Honoring Women on International Women’s Day.
In this episode, we reflect on women’s mental health, gender equality, and what women can gain when they give themselves stress relief, self-care, and self-compassion. Because when women are supported inwardly, the gains often reach outward too, shaping how they care for themselves, relate to others, and move through the world.
