i really enjoyed taking a deeper dive into the imagery and meaning of the temperance card: healing, alchemy, integration, balance. she is a spiritual awakening after shedding ego, she is the freedom that comes with inner peace, she is firmly on the middle path. and personally, i see her as an invitation to tap into the ancestral magic you have a right to. ✨😌

a reminder that so much of healing is forgiveness. not of others, but for all of our past selves. for the things we’ve done, for the things we’ve allowed, for the times we didn’t speak up, for the times we’ve harmed others. every single one of us is doing the best with what we know and the tools that have been given to us. and as we grow, we can extend ourselves the grace we are always deserving of. ✨

posting for the ✨vibes✨ hehehe — one of the pages from my zine: “love your enemy? a statement for members of the lonely hearts collective”. i have so many ideas for future zines, ones that can encapsulate my thoughts on tarot and my interests and even my political beliefs. but my first couple zines were the creative version of what coughing up phlegm feels like. clearing the lungs, letting go of grief and saying goodbye to stagnant emotions. 😮‍💨🌬️✨💘

the lotus reading is by far the most popular of my offerings for 1-on-1 tarot sessions, and it’s also my favorite. ☺️ partly because it’s the first spread i created on my own — but also because i love to give attention to whether our gut instinct is always the right one, or if there might be a better path calling to us.

this month marks 1 full year of doing markets and shop pop-ups, and i don’t want to miss the opportunity to say how grateful i am! i’ve spent the last year learning through experience what it means to really create, nourish and grow something from scratch. what it means to show up as myself authentically in every space i enter, without having to compromise who i am or what i stand for, ever. what it means to tap into the true grit i came into this world with, and how extremely S A T I S F Y I N G it is to live a life in which i get to help people in such a fun and creative and spiritually-enriched way.

i have so many dreams for the future of the buried gold, and sometimes i feel like i’m “behind” — but actually, i’m just at the beginning, and that’s ok! thank you to every person who has been part of my journey. i hope we can keep growing together. 🫶🏽🌸💕

also — i find it almost poetic that i birthed my professional tarot career around the same time that i became a mother. feels so fitting and full circle, in a way. witnessing my child grow in tandem with my business, i can see that the buried gold is merely a cute lil toddler that doesn’t even know how to walk or talk yet.
