Something we’re really proud of here that makes us unique is our reach.
We sit on an advisory board for rehabilitation for multiple mountain athlete teams with Olympic and pro level sponsored athletes. Coming back from a trip out west means time to reset and refresh on what makes us nationally recognized in orthopedics. Lecturing and treating patients nationally allows us to be connected with some of the best specialists in the country and we were lucky to talk in front of many of them this month.

When Lucy first arrived at our clinic there was a whirlwind of information that was around her. Scoliosis can seem overwhelming for many. We were very fortunate at our clinic to work with her over the last two years and see her curvature reduce from a surgical risk to a reduction of her main curve by over 15 degrees based on her family and her commitment to the correct plan. A team approach of excellent brace makers and use of the Schroth method application of scoliosis specific exercises prescribed at our clinic here in Jacksonville, Florida gave Lucy the tools and she followed through with her dedication. The view of our lot before the storm. We will be open tomorrow for scheduled visits, and closed on Thursday due to the storm. We are also taking donations for those affected in North Carolina from Helene , and those affected in Tampa from Milton and locally all next week. Supplies like paper towels, and toilet paper will be donated at the end of next week and please reach out for more info and everyone stay safe.

🌟 Meet Mary and Lucy, two inspiring sisters who have traveled from Florida! 🌟

When Lucy was 11, she was diagnosed with scoliosis during a routine check-up. Her initial brace didn’t provide the improvement she needed, but after coming to us, everything changed. Now at 14, Lucy’s curve has impressively reduced from 34 degrees to 15 degrees (in-brace), thanks to her dedicated use of our custom Rigo Cheneau brace. 🙌

Lucy’s perseverance is even more remarkable because she is now a source of strength and encouragement for her younger sister, Mary. At just 7 years old, Mary was recently diagnosed with scoliosis and is here to get her first brace. Having Lucy by her side makes the journey a little easier.

We are so proud of Lucy’s progress and her unwavering support for Mary. Their journey reminds us of the power of family and the importance of early intervention and proper care.
