Earth Salt Stone was never just meant to be a business to me. I created this space because I truly believe people need somewhere they can come to breathe, to slow down, and to feel even a small sense of relief from everything they’re carrying. Every detail of the cave was built with intention, care, and a deep hope that it would make a difference in people’s lives.

Right now, I’ll be honest... we need your support.

There have been too many quiet days, and the reality is that without more people coming through our doors, staying open is becoming harder than I ever imagined. This space means everything to me, and the thought of having to close it is something we're trying with everything we have to avoid.

If you’ve been thinking about coming in, I’m asking you: now is the time. Give yourself the chance to experience what the cave can do for you, even if it’s just for a week.

I’ve tried to make that as accessible as possible:

You can come in for one week of unlimited sessions for $49, just to truly feel the difference and see if it’s something your body and mind need.

If you’re looking for something ongoing, there are simple monthly options:
• $79 for four sessions a month is an easy once-a-week reset
• $99 for eight sessions a month if you want to come more often
• $159 for unlimited access, where you can come every single day if you’d like

For families, I wanted to create something that made this space available for parents and kids together:
• $139 for one parent and up to two kids (four sessions a month)
• $169 for two parents and up to three kids (four sessions a month)

All memberships are set up monthly so you can make this part of your routine, not just a one-time visit.

If you’ve ever needed a place to unplug, to breathe better, to sit in stillness, or just to have an hour where nothing is expected of you, this is that place.

And if you believe in small businesses, in spaces like this, in what we’re trying to build… supporting us right now truly matters. Whether that’s coming in yourself, bringing someone with you, or even just sharing this with others, it all helps more than I can put into words.

Kessler and I are not ready to let this go. We're still here, still showing up, still believing in what this can be for people.

Last Night we had our Superhero’s come out for “Power of Play” orchestrated by Charity Haney of Soul’s Lighthouse. Just watching it unfold was a beautiful moment for both myself and everyone involved. It was so cool to see a bunch of adults to seep into childlike wonder and just let everything go for two hours. Everything was incredibly playful and so much fun! There was lots of laughter and care free movement, as well as snacks (of course!) everyone got some superhero gear, as well their name, and went over some landings and heroic iconic moments! 😊

Here’s the event list for the month of May!

Got another great month of events coming around again!

Summer is not too far away, so if anyone for a space to cool off, we keep our Salt Cave around 73 degrees, between the deep relaxation, drastic help to the respiratory system (perfect for sinus pressure relief, asthma, and allergies) and the cold temperature of the cave, it’s the perfect way to CHILL out. Halotherapy is an amazing alternative all year round!

It came to our attention that our Memberships were not visible on our website - mobile or PC.

So we wanted to share that we have resolved the issue, and we’ve even added some new memberships and adjusted some of the prices. We know that with the way the economy is right now, it’s a hard time for everyone, including us. We want to be here for our community during these hard times, and give everyone an opportunity to reset their nervous systems and breath better through these times. Stress relief is critical now more than ever.

Hi, I’m Adriana Dobbs.

My path to sound therapy wasn’t something I planned—it came from learning how to navigate my own health journey.

Living with autoimmune conditions taught me what it feels like to be overwhelmed, depleted, and searching for something that could help me feel like myself again. Sound therapy became that space for me—a way to find calm, to regulate my nervous system, and to begin rebuilding resilience from within.

Since 2021, I’ve been sharing Vibrational Sound Therapy and sound baths with others, holding space for those who are also seeking a moment to pause, soften, and reconnect.

In 2025, I traveled to California and experienced the Santa Barbara Salt Cave. I remember walking in and immediately feeling a sense of ease… like my body just exhaled.

I knew I wanted to bring that feeling home.

Now, I’m grateful to offer Salt Cave Sound Baths at Earth Salt Stone (here in Jax ) in San Marco—creating a space where others can step away from the pace of daily life and experience that same sense of calm and support.
