Jonesboro Pathfinder Adult Development Day Treatment hosted a local prom over the weekend, inviting friends from around the community. It looks like a GREAT time was had by all! If you're in NEA, you should definitely be following them!

Fostering independence includes fostering a sense of community and volunteerism. Last week a group of Pickens consumers went to volunteer at Hesed Food Pantry in Sherwood. These enthusiastic volunteers prove that everyone can do something to help!

Earlier this week, Saline County took a trip to visit the B-17 Memorial Park in Sheridan. March marked 82 years since the fateful crash that took all 9 lives aboard. As we enter the month of Memorial Day, it seemed appropriate to share this community-funded memorial and piece of Arkansas history.

With a heavy heart, we share the passing of our own Norma. It was our pleasure to have her as a part of our Whit Davis family. Prayers and thoughts go out for all who love Norma, which is really everyone who knew her!

Pickens took advantage of the pretty morning to take a nature walk in Paradise Park. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful place nearby!
