Most of you already know, but here is the formal work announcement. I am beyond grateful for the time I have been able to serve Stillwater and the surrounding area through massage and wellness and the many years I spent as a barber/cosmetologist here as well. It is heavy on my heart to be closing my business here after growing it the last three years but I’m also very excited for the new opportunities that Florida will bring.
Thank you so much for trusting me to be your massage therapist and supporting my little business. 🫶🏼
P.S only two weeks left at my little massage suite downtown. 🥺

Do you have any health and wellness goals for this year? I’m bringing over the ones I had from C last year when I did a fall reset. 💪🏼
Sauna workouts have been one of my favs over the last 8 months and then I have my own massage appt later this afternoon. Just two examples of how I’m caring for my body during all the seasons of life. 🫶🏼

A little morning grounding and meditation. 🐦‍⬛🌳🌿🌞 spent about 45 minutes hanging out in the front yard and connecting to Mother Nature this morning. Stretching, morning sun, yoga poses and just listening to the birds + wind. I always feel so much better after doing this. ✨

I hope this month brings what your soul and spirit are needing. I hope you are able to tune into your body just a little more as we work on closing out summer. Did you get all your 4th of July Essentials?? What did you decide to opt out on this year? Any new traditions that you started?

Our holiday plans are different with not going to my sister’s house for the first time in a few years. So we are playing it very much by ear and we will see where the spirit leads us for the rest of the day! 😂
The food Trucks at Boomer Blast look like a good option for dinner though😀
