Part of the therapy journey is make space for those emotions in order to better understand what they are telling you. And also to have grace for yourself.

This week's challenge:
Breathe deeply - take 3 slow, deep breaths.
Focus on your senses - identify 2 things you can hear around you (chirping birds? traffic?).
Release tension - gently massage one area where you hold stress (shoulders? neck?).

Short and simple, but effective for calming your mind and body.
